Hey Lambda Fam,
We are pleased to announce several key dates for our upcoming Spring 2023 West Hollywood League. Get ready for another exciting season of basketball in addition to more opportunities to make friends, have fun, and share in our love of the game. Thanks to everyone who has helped make our league what it is today!
We are also excited to announce the beginning of a advanced and recreational sub-divisions for the All Gender Division so that we can get more participation from members who want to play at different levels of skill and competition. Members of the Lambda Basketball Board of Directors will be available to help you select the proper division for you. The Women's+ Division will remain at a single division until we attract enough players to accommodate two divisions.
Here are the key dates for early registration, tentative start dates for the draft for the All Gender Divisions and Women’s+ Division. All games will be played on Sundays from 12 - 4PM at the West Hollywood Park Gym.

Early Registration Discount: 2/22 - 3/10
Regular Registration starts 3/11 - 3/31
Registration ends 3/31 Friday (late registration is available with no discounts) so we can prepare for:
The Draft Sunday 4/2.
League tentative week 1 starts April 16 and ends with the Championships tentatively scheduled for July 30th. (The dates are subject to change depending on the availability of the Weho Gym).

Open Gym:
Open play will remain on Sundays through February. We are working on an All Gender Open Gym on Thursday nights at Bancroft Middle School. Women's+ open gyms will also take place at Bancroft Middle School but on Friday nights through July, both open gym nights pending final approval from LAUSD. Be on the lookout for emails and social media posts!
